Read Shipper Search Result Cards

P1PublicClient

Interpret verification, location, warehouse type, free space, price and demand tiers, service performance, reviews, scenario match, estimates, and service highlights before opening a profile.

Who can do this

  • Available in public and client search results.

Before you start

  • Run the intended location search and note whether a scenario is applied.
  • Know the minimum warehouse, capacity, and service requirements you will verify on the full profile.

Steps

  1. Start with the business name, profile/warehouse image, Verified badge, and member-since date. Verification means the shipper application is approved; it is not proof that this provider fits every SKU or service.
  2. Read the location line: city/state/country, warehouse type, and currently calculated free space. Public location is intentionally approximate.
  3. When reviews exist, read the average and count together. A high average from one review and the same average from many reviews carry different evidence.
  4. Read Price Tier as the provider position in the configured benchmark comparison, then read the demand tier and Service Performance percentage as separate signals.
  5. When a scenario is applied, read Match as a composite ranking signal and Est. cost/month as the scenario pricing estimate. Use identical inputs for every provider.
  6. Treat May not have enough storage for your needs as a prompt to inspect capacity and contact the shipper, not as an automatic rejection or capacity reservation.
  7. Read Include service highlights as a preview only. Click anywhere on the card to open the full profile and confirm all required services, pricing, SLA, schedule, packaging, reviews, and location details.

Fields and decisions

  • Verified means admin-approved and active for public listing at the time of search.
  • Free space and SKU capacity are operational indicators derived from current warehouse configuration/usage and can change.
  • Service Performance is an operational score; On-Time Rate is a distinct sort metric. Neither alone guarantees future performance.
  • Demand tier reflects transaction activity relative to configured thresholds; it is not the shipper plan, warehouse size, or your volume.
  • Match appears only when scenario ranking returns a positive score. It combines fit signals and should not replace profile/contract review.
  • Estimated monthly cost can be absent when pricing does not support the scenario. Absence is not the same as free service.
  • Service highlights are selected summaries, not the complete service catalog or accepted contract scope.

Finished when

  • You have opened every shortlisted card and verified its claims on the full profile.
  • You have not confused relative badges or estimated signals with guaranteed terms.

What this changes

  • Opening a card navigates to the public or client version of that shipper profile.
  • Reading or opening a card does not notify the shipper, reserve capacity, or create a relationship.

Common problems

A card has no rating, response time, or estimate.

Treat it as unavailable data, not zero quality or free pricing. Open the profile and evaluate the available evidence.

The free-space value seems incompatible with the scenario warning.

Free space is a general display; scenario capacity considers the entered box/pallet pattern and storage demand. Confirm units and discuss capacity with the shipper.

The Include badges omit a required service.

Open the profile. Highlights are not exhaustive; if the full Services & Pricing section also omits it, the shipper is not ready for that service.

A high Match provider is not the cheapest.

Match considers more than price. Compare the estimate, distance, capacity, service and performance breakdown conceptually, then decide which tradeoff matters.

Safety checks

  • Do not select a provider solely from the card.
  • Do not infer exact address, guaranteed remaining capacity, service inclusion, or accepted pricing from summary badges.

When to contact support

  • Contact support when the card and opened profile show conflicting business, service, pricing tier, capacity, review, or verification data after refresh. Include the shipper name and screenshots of both views.
